It has been a while since I've had such a good day, where my get up and go has actually hung around long enough for me to get things done so while I've been up for doing something I got into the kitchen and made a selection of quiches for my husband. (he's only been asking for one for about 2 months, but better late than never). So he has a choice of bacon and cheese, cheese and onion and ham and mushroom, should keep him happy for a while.

I also started on the bathroom, gave the sink a good deep clean managing to remove the build up of lime around the taps, it may seem a simple job for most people but you have no idea the number of times I have looked at the sink and thought about the limescale and then just walked out saving it for tomorrow, well today tomorrow finally arrived.

If I'm honest this week has not been too bad, managed to get some washing done, dried and put away (yayyy), had a good tidy up in what I call my dump room, can't find a place for something I just dump it in there.

Last and by no means least I have also been out and got a cabinet for the lounge so some of the ornaments that have been in a box for the last 5yrs have finally seen the light of day, so all in all I've managed to achieve something positive, so today is a sunshine day.

Sometimes we become a victim to our own limitations, fears and thoughts and freedom seems a long way a way but looking forward is a start.
